How It Works
CoolTone works through Magnetic Muscle Stimulation or MMS technology. CoolTone uses MMS technology to penetrate through the skin and fat layers to target only the muscle layer, inducing involuntary muscle contractions. The body’s response to these contractions is to strengthen its muscle fibers, resulting in improved muscle conditioning. How to Prepare
We recommend being at or close to your ideal body weight and have already undergone CoolSculpting if fat reduction is desired first.
What to Expect
Be sure to eat prior to arriving at your appointment. We encourage you to bring some items to entertain yourself during the 35 minute treatment. We have an AppleTV in our room with Netflix to watch your favorite show. You can wear whatever you desire, we will have you change into shorts and a T-shirt that we will provide.
After your treatment, you will be slightly sore like a nice strength or core workout. We will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions at your appointment.
What It Will Feel Like
CoolTone is not a painful treatment – it simply feels like your muscles are being engaged. Afterward, you may feel like you’ve done a good workout in the area where muscle definition is desired.
